The opportunity

Great things continue to happen at ICON and this really is an opening for an entrepreneurial “IT Recruiter” to take their Recruitment desk in a direction that plays to their experience, expertise & network.

Core requirements for this role:

• Strong IT recruitment industry experience at a senior level
• Highly developed negotiation and relationship building skills
• Resilient and passionate about your role
• A solid track record for proven account growth
• Strong business development and networking skills together with the ability to ‘roll your sleeves up’
• Have high levels of energy, are enthusiastic, confident and a self starter, able to run a true “360” desk
