HR Resourcing Specialist - Mining Industry
As an integral supplier of human capital solutions to the booming resources sector, WorkPac Executive are currently partnering with a well known mining organisation to offer the role of HR Resourcing Specialist - for an initial period of 3 months.
Reporting to the Resourcing Manager, this role sits within the Asset Management and Maintenance Team and will be responsible for the full Recruitment function of 30-40 blue collar and technical roles at any one time. You will recruit for the internal placement of mining operatives, trades and engineering roles (above and below ground).
Ideally you have enjoyed a solid base of HR experience at an internal advisory level within a blue collar / industrial environment and now seeking to work with a growth organisation that will you provide you with the opportunity to further cement your internal recruitment skills.
The successful applicant must have:
Internal recruitment experience, working directly within the mining industry
Proven ability to manage high volume jobs / placements
Project management experience
Flexibility to travel to site 1-2 times every two months
Demonstrated experience working in consultation with Hiring Managers
Successful applicants must be willing to complete a full medical assessment, drug screen and police clearance prior to commencement.
