Workforce Planning Analyst
$60,000 - 65,000 (hourly)

Our client's core business is within the entertainment and hospitality industry, they offer a professional high-performing working environment. They are seeking an experienced workforce planner to work closely with key stakeholders and other department heads to create scenario analysis and reports to meet the demands of the business. This role has an emphasis on service level improvements, client satisfaction and strengthening operations.

Reporting to the Workforce Planning Manager your key responsibilities will include;

  • Creating effective resource plans, Including liaising with managers to ensure continuous improvement with the planning process
  • Create and analyse model rosters and case studies to show scheduling opportunities to reduce costs and increase profitability.
  • Assist with recruitment planning for seasonal employees by identifying peak period business needs.
  • Regular reporting: planned vs. actual, trend analysis and ad hoc reports.

Ideally the suitable candidate will have previous experience working in a labour cost sensitive industry. You will be driven by results and able to build strong relationships across the business. strong communication and computer skills are also required to ensure you can provide justification around your recommendations and assessments.
