Workforce Relations Advisor
As a Workforce Relations Advisor, formal IR qualifications and/or a min of 3 yrs’ professional IR experience is essential.It plays a significant contribution in positive communication and interaction with the management, employees, Unions and stakeholders.
Responsibilities will include:
- Award interpretation.
- Maintaining a current knowledge of workplace relations legislation, policies and procedures.
- Comprehending moderate to complex issues and communicate them in a user-friendly manner.
To be successful in this role you will possess sound knowledge of relevant legislation, a high level of investigative and analytical skills, the ability to develop and foster productive working relationships, counsel and support colleagues and have a passionate interest in preventing workplace discrimination.

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Highly developed team skills and the desire to work with and through others.
- The ability to provide high quality expert consultancy services.
