The HR Coordinator partners to deliver broad operational and
strategic HR leadership to a range of management teams and their
staff.
Your
key responsibilities will include but are not limited
to:

Recruitment,
Retention, Training & Development, Performance
Management, Employee Relations, Talent Management and
Culture Change

The ability to learn and develop, showing maturity and
readiness to move into an HR Manager’s role after
an appropriate period of time
You will join a highly regarded, supportive HR team and a growing
organisation. We opened 6 stores in last 12 months and have solid
expansion plans. You will be working in a dynamic environment that
will present opportunities, challenges and variety. Retail
experience is an advantage.
The Successful Applicant
To
be considered for this role, the ideal candidate
will:

Have tertiary qualifications in HR or related
-
Have 12+ months specialist or generalist HR
experience

Be keen to embrace all aspects of HR practice

Be credible and engaging
-
Have good judgment and the capacity to quickly develop
a sound knowledge of our business and
priorities
